Plastic bag production process
1. Raw materials
The raw materials are mainly PE polyethylene materials, PVC polyvinyl chloride materials, PP polypropylene materials, and some composite materials. Choose different raw materials for the use of plastic bags.
2. Printing
Packaging printing refers to making the text and pattern design on the paper draft into a printing plate, coating the surface of the printing plate with printing ink, and making the text on the printing plate migrate to the surface of the raw material to be printed according to the working pressure. Copies the same printed matter as the paper manuscript, and general printing is mainly divided into surface printing and inner printing.
3. Compound
The basic principle of plastic composite plastic flexible packaging: each material has different advantages and disadvantages, and the materials on the second layer or the second layer are bonded together through a medium (such as glue), so that the packaging film and bag can achieve better performance technology, this kind of technology is called "composite process" in the production process.
4. Maturation
The purpose of curing is to speed up the curing of the glue between the materials.
5. Slitting
Divide the printed and compounded materials into specifications required by customers.
6. Bag making
The printed, compounded, and slitted materials are made into various bags required by customers. A variety of bag types can be made: middle-sealed bags, side-sealed bags, stand-up bags, K-shaped bags, R bags, four-sided sealed bags, and zipper bags.
7. Quality control
The quality control of plastic packaging bags mainly includes three aspects: inspection of raw materials before storage, an online inspection of products, and inspection of products before shipment.
The content described above is the production process of plastic bags. However, due to the difference between each plastic packaging bag manufacturer, the production process is also different, so the actual manufacturer shall prevail.
